Cove Fort

On our way home we decided to stop at Cove Fort Historic Site. It was a pioneer way station built in 1867. The Hinckley family stayed there and welcomed travelers as they passed through. We have driven by so many times but have never stopped. A couple from our ward are serving a mission there so we decided to stop and were hoping we would get to see them. After our tour we were headed to the parking lot when sister Johnson yelled, "It is them!" They had seen our county 9 plates and were hoping it was our car. It was so great to see them. This would be a neat place to serve a mission.

That is really cool. I've never thought to stop there either. We might have to next time.
