Happy Birthday Trigdon! Big 1!

Trigdon turned one year old on Tuesday. My kids are growing up way too fast! Trigdon has brought so much joy to our family. He is so much fun and has the cutest laugh. He's so loving to Hunter and is always trying to give him hugs. He's not the biggest cuddler, but when he does you know he means it. He, also, enjoys poking, pulling hair, scratching and anything else that can get a reaction. He gets a kick out of seeing people squirm. He can say a few words...Dada, Hunter, Mom and a alot of other stuff we don't quite understand. He's quite the jabber box. He loves cars. He pushes them around on the floor and makes the vroom sound with his voice as he goes throughout the house. It's the cutest. He loves bath time but doesn't like getting dressed afterwards . He's not real fond of anything you put over his head. It won't be long before he's walking. He can take a few steps at a time between Mike and I.

Trig was sound asleep when it came time to sing happy birthday.
Mike thought it would be funny to wipe alittle frosting on his face.
Now he's awake! Yummy!!!!

Hunter's first day of preschool

I can't believe Hunter is already old enough to go to school and ride a bus. Time goes by way too fast. He was so excited to go to school and is really enjoying it. He loves his class mates and his teachers. The bus comes and picks him up after lunch at 12:40 and drops him off around 3:40. It was really hard to see him drive away on the bus. I feel blessed and am so glad I still have Trig at home with me. We get to spend some one on one time together while Hunter is gone.

He sat and pet Whisper while waiting for the bus.

Trigdon's first hair cut! 11 months old

Trig was definitely in need of a hair cut. He was starting to get called a cute little girl so I figured it was time. I was sad to see his little curles go, and once they get their hair cut they seem so grown up. Here he is all ready to be a missionary. He looks so handsome and seems so big. He didn't like the whole hair cutting process and was glad when I was done.
Hunter had his hair cut before he started school. Wow! What cute boys!

A couple more reunion pics

I had to post a picture of Trig with his petrified wood.

Oleson Reunion 2010

We always have our Oleson reunion every August up at he 4H Camp. I missed the one last year because I was in the hospital with Trigdon trying to come early. I was glad to have a healthy baby this year to take up to the mountain with us. All of my brothers and sisters made it and my Dad was able to come too. It was great to all be together.
My Dad and Brothers
My mom's family
Aunt Francie taking Grace and Trig for a ride. He loved it!

My dad brought up some petrified wood and hid them in the trees for the kids to find. Some of the kids holding up their treasured find.
Every year we have our stick horse rodeo. This is a picture at the flag ceremony.

Go Cowboy!

We always do lots of dancing and singing. Here's Hunter playing "ride ride ride that pony..."

Finding Nemo!

We got out Hunter's Nemo rocker that he used to love and use all the time until he out grew it. Trig was sooo excited. Notice his facial expressions. They were cracking me up.

I know where Trig gets his silly faces.

Camping with the Neves family

Around the first week of August we went camping with some friends of ours. We had a great time and hope to go again sometime. It was so nice to leave the heat and head to the mountains. We love the Big Horns. Hunter loved having his best buddy Joel there. These two boys started preschool together. Look out teachers!

I think Hunter takes after his Grandpa Pollock.

24th of July

On the 24th we decided to got out to Wardell reservoir to have a BBQ. Lisa and her family were here visiting and all the local Aagards were there. That morning we did the 5K, parade, program and lunch at the church. I didn't get any pictures until evening when were were out swimming.
My cute little Trig loves to splash and play in water.

Aagard Reunion 2010

This year we went up on the Big Horns and camped at Dead Swede. We had a great time visiting with family, playing, and relaxing. We really missed Mike's mom and dad but are so happy they are serving a mission in the Ukraine. We are so proud of them and feel so blessed to have them as parents and grandparents.
Trig loves the mountains.
Hunter wants to do whatever Dad is doing. He's a good little helper.
We camped right next to the river. The kids loved swimming and fishing.
Yeah! We caught a fish!
